GET FIT IN 30 and Darcelle Hartling (owner) will collect from GET FIT IN 30 members only the information necessary to establish and manage the relationship with members, provide members with health and fitness services and products, including health and fitness updates and information.

·        Information about your transactions with the owner, such as financial and credit information;

More specifically, the owner will use the information for the following purposes:

·        To provide, market and promote the services, including health and fitness services and products, offered by the owner;

·        To provide health and fitness updates and information members;

·        To process payments from members;

·        To facilitate continuity of service to another company if the business of providing health and fitness services and products is transferred to that company.

The personal information collected may be to help provide services for the above purposes. The owner may also have the obligation to disclose the personal information collected if required or authorized by law.

All information collected and used will be kept strictly confidential. The owner will maintain confidentiality through the use of encryption software to assign code numbers to members profiles, limiting access to club staff only, providing passwords to limit access to computer files by authorized personnel only, and locking cabinets that store data.

At any time, you have the right to request access to the personal information that the owner has collected about you, and to request amendments or rectifications to that information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. Such requests must be made in writing and sent to:
